Classic release! Arguably the BEST Beastie Boys album. Lyrically Paul's Boutique was packed with New York imagery to the point (as a listener) you feel that you're there in the midst of the places Mike D, MCA and Adrock reference. The Dust Brothers were instrumental in creating some of the most funky, dynamic, raw soundscapes that still sound as fresh today as in '89.
