As a child of the late Eighties / early Nineties, I have never seen the video to this next song from 1978 (Gerry Rafferty's - 'Baker Street'), that is till now.
Sure I've seen the TimeLife greatest hits of the seventies interpretation with a Rachel Hunter lookalike running through the sand or sitting atop a white horse galloping freely all while a Kenny G-esque bloke plays the saxaphone on the beach as the waves roll in. Rafferty's video doesn't look anything even remotely similar to the imagery described in that last sentence, it's the total opposite.
The point here being... those infomercials can really mess with one's brain. This post is proof.
