House Says Bloggers Don't Count As Journalists

What I do here is not journalism. On the other hand there are a lot of bloggers and freelance writers who are, for you this piece from Michael Lindenberger on the US's House recent definition of a journalist and what it means for those for whom journalism is not their full time occupation, non paid freelancers and the protections / non-protections in place around revealing sources, is worth reading if you have not already.
