Weezy vs Swanepoe & Urband & Laza

Remember Weezy's (Lil Wayne's) track I Feel Like Dying, well respected journalist Jeff Weiss reports that Karma-Ann Swanepoe's Once was one of the sampled tracks used in the creation of Weezy's most downloaded song. Swanepoe took objection to the content of Weezy's I Feel Like Dying, not only that Weezy wasn't even supposed to recieve Once. I Feel Like Dying was supposed to be featured on Weezy's album you all know by now Carter III, but ended up on the cutting room floor after Zach Urband and Jonathan Laza, the owners of the publishing rights to Swanepoe's Once, took offence at what they saw as the insultingly small amount of money they were offered. So, although Weezy's codeine and Vicodin laced track was never released officially, due to the amount of people that have heard and downloaded I Feel Like Dying, Urband and Laza are now suing Weezy.
