The inspiration behind The Last Shadow Puppets came from listening to Scott Walker, early David Bowie and David Axelrod,"The Age of the Understatement" is their resulting full length release.

Their debut single "The Age of the Understatement" drops next Monday in the UK. Their debut album of the same name drops the week after on the 21st of April. Both the T.L.S.P. debut single and album will be released through Domino Records.
