I figured after reading a great piece on the book over at the "Fat Lace" website on the essential "Born In The Bronx" book in which Joe Conzo's timeless photographs appear, that it would be fitting to post a link to the official site of the legendary South Bronx (NYC) born and raised Hip Hop / NYC street culture photographer / historian.

Thank you for switching me on to this book, the photography is fascinating and amazing. I was born during the era so don't remember it, least of all from an urban New York perspective, but because of that lack of first hand experience and love for what the culture gave us I have always been drawn to New York imagery from this period. Beautiful.
